Connecting and Continuity in a Time of Crisis

As we continue to respond to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, our number one priority, as it always has been, is the health, safety, and wellbeing of our employees and customers.

Since March 2020, our worlds — how we live, play, and work — changed forever. We adapted and adopted new ways of thinking in the face of the unthinkable.

Technology became the focal point in solving ever evolving challenges as we came together virtually to learn, play, share, shop, communicate, and work. Innovation continues to drive and shape new solutions to previously unimaginable obstacles.

Essential Work

From the first days of COVID-19 lockdowns, Black Box was considered an essential business. We implemented communications and infrastructures that enabled our customers, especially those in healthcare, pharmaceutical, food, transportation, education, and more, to continue uninterrupted mission-critical in-person and remote operations in settings as diverse as temporary hospitals to remote NOCs and contact centers.

We are mindful of our prudent responsibility to protect our team members, customers, and partners and established rigorous safety protocols to keep everyone safe.

The Reimagined Workplace

While many Black Box employees could already work from home, we accelerated and greatly increased our remote access capacity almost overnight, as well as that of many, many of our customers.

While most people continue to work remotely, we are reimagining workplaces, ours and yours, to welcome employees to a new hybrid work environment that blends safety, smart technologies, and collaboration innovation.

We know many factors will shape your reimagined workplace. As always, we are here to help you navigate the hybrid world from everywhere wireless to cloud-based UCaaS and SD-WAN solutions to ensure business continuity and resiliency.

Thank you for your business and continued support.
