Black Box Branded Products Return Policy

Products purchased directly from Black Box must be returned in new condition and in the original packaging to receive a full refund. All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before returning the product. Black Box shall not accept any return without an authorized RMA number. Simply call our Customer Service Department to obtain an RMA number. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and shipments insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping. Allowable returns will be capped at an amount not to exceed $100,000 for items invoiced against customer’s PO.

There is no restocking fee for Black Box® products returned within 30 days of the invoice date provided the return meets the return policy requirements. Returns beyond our normal 30-day return policy will be subject to a restocking fee. Upon receipt of the returned item (s), Black Box will examine and may, at its sole discretion charge additional restocking fees and/or issue a partial credit. Restocking fees will also be applied to products returned in non-resalable condition, products not returned with their original accessories, and products returned damaged. Products specified as non-returnable at time of purchase are excluded from this policy. A Customer Service Representative will advise you of any applicable restocking fees once the product is inspected upon receipt. No credit can be issued for returns after 120 days from the date of purchase.
