Deepak Kumar Bansal joined Black Box in 2019 as part of the acquisition of Black Box by AGC Networks. As our Global Chief Financial Officer, Deepak is responsible for leading financial operations and strategic initiatives globally including fund raising, business control, and corporate governance. He is a seasoned finance executive and business enabler with over 23 years of extensive experience across various industry verticals. Deepak holds a Bachelor of Commerce with honors in Accounting, Business and Statistics, as well as Chartered Accountant (CA) and Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) designations.

Rick Gannon joined Black Box in 1998. Rick is responsible for leading the Company's largest business segment, the Global Solutions Integration business. In this role, Rick leads nearly 2,200 sales, deployment, service, and supply chain team members whose charter is to deliver leading digital solutions and services to our valued clients around the world.

Rick is a passionate leader with a long and successful tenure at Black Box. Before this role, Rick served as the Senior Vice President of Commercial Services and the Vice President of Operations for Commercial Services. His diverse career includes many national and regional roles with broad experience in sales, operations, services, and marketing.

Kannan Ramaiah is the Chief Human Resources Officer and a member of the Management Team at Black Box. He is a global business executive accountable for organizational design, people strategy, and fostering a culture that enhances the success of every stakeholder, including customers, employees, partners, shareholders, regulators, and communities.

Kannan joined Black Box in September 2022 and has been instrumental in transforming the organization toward a compelling vision through talent orchestration, business-aligned people practices, and institutionalizing programmatic HR interventions. In his role, he focuses on making Black Box an exceptional place for employees to work and ensures that the company is nurturing a culture that attracts and inspires talent to unleash their full potential.

He brings international leadership experience, having lived and worked on three continents. He has led large, diverse global teams towards a fascinating vision. His experience spans start-ups, and multi-billion-dollar technology, product, and service organizations.

Kannan has been an HR practitioner for over 25 years, with experience in digital IT sales and consulting. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and an MBA in Human Resources. Additionally, he pursued Advanced HR Executive Education from the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan. He is certified by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in AI, Cloud, Cyber, IoT, Digital Transformation, and Blockchain.

Bikram Sahoo joined Black Box in 2019, as part of the acquisition of Black Box by AGC Networks. In his role, Bikram oversees all technical operations of the organization to ensure their alignment with the company's targeted growth. He directs the strategic focus for digital transformation while overseeing the security of data and network operations.

Bikram has over 20 years of experience. He has served as Vice President of Technology for several leading communication organizations as well as managed and consulted in Network Operation Centers. Bikram holds a Business Tech Degree from Mangalore University and a Graduate Finance Certificate from Southern Methodist University.

Mike Carney has been with the Black Box organization since 2012, founding its business in North America. Mike is responsible for the Company's overall transformation and optimization initiatives as well as planning and executing the Company's strategic direction with CEO Sanjeev Verma. Additionally, he leads the Company's legal, compliance and ethics functions and is the Secretary of Black Box Corporation. He is the Chief of Staff to the CEO and Executive Vice President for Strategy and Transformation at Black Box.

During his tenure with Black Box, Mike oversaw the rise and major initiatives of Black Box from its inception to its acquisition. He serves on a number of the boards of directors of the organization. Mike holds an MBA from Texas Christian University with an emphasis on investments and business law. He also holds a BA in economics and completed the Business Economics Program with a specialization in money and banking from The University of Texas at Austin. Mike is a CFA charter holder and member of the CFA Institute.
