Warranties
Our Standard Double Diamond Warranty protects your Black Box® brand products from manufacturing and/or material defects. During the warranty period, Black Box will repair or replace your damaged equipment at NO CHARGE!
Plus, Extended Double Diamond Warranties are available on select products or you can protect eligible previously-purchased Black Box® brand items for an additional one or three years.
Configuration and Programming
Prior to shipping, our team can configure your products based on your requirements and overall system design. We’ll also assist you with programming so that your system and/or controller will properly manage your new equipment. Service Level Agreements for assistance with system programming, individual training, onsite support, and more are also available.
